Kelly is located in California and is able to provide telehealth sessions to clients living in California, Connecticut, and Virginia.

Kelly is in network with most Optum (many UHC plans) and Aetna insurance plans for clients living in Connecticut and Virginia. Clients who do not have one of those plans or who would like to use their out-of-network benefits for therapy are welcome to do so. Kelly is able to provide a Superbill (a type of receipt) for services that clients can submit to their insurance for partial to full reimbursement of the private pay fee (reimbursement is dependent on your individual plan).

Kelly is out-of-network for clients living in California.

Kelly’s private pay rate for sessions is $200 for a 55-minute session.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law and in compliance with the No Surprises Act that went into effect on January 1, 2022, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services, including related costs such as diagnostic tests, prescription drugs, medical equipment, and hospital fees.

  • Your health care provider is required to give you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your appointment. You can also ask your provider for a Good Faith Estimate prior to scheduling any services.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate indicates, you have the right to dispute the bill.

Be sure to save a copy of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about this act, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
